Talk Talk is the new UK landline phone call service from The Carphone Watehouse where you can save up to 30% on home phone bills.

How it works
When you sign up for talktalkTM your local telephone exchange is programmed to switch all your outgoing calls across to the talktalkTM network. You won't have to dial any special codes, or buy any top-up cards, you also don't need to change your phone number. Just pick up the phone and dial.

How you pay
Every month talktalkTM will send you a free itemised bill for all the calls you've made using the talktalkTM service. All your call charges will be deducted from your account by Direct Debit. You can choose to get your bill through the post or via email, whichever is easiest for you.

You'll continue to receive a bill from BT every month for your line rental and for any BT services you have used such as Directory Inquiries and Select Services such as Call Minder or Call Display.

Double benefit
With talktalkTM you have the best of both worlds. While you pay much less for the calls you make, your phone service from your local exchange to your home is still supported by BT engineers.

Also with talktalkTM, you can also keep all your favourite BT Select Services like 1471 last number recall, 1571 Call Minder and Call Waiting. You can continue to use them in exactly the same way as you do now.
